Exhibit — The Channel, held
lifecycle: draft · The Foundations · 15 — the fifteenth exhibit of the foundations series: the Channel, the being read as an information channel with every term of its capacity measured — the band, the peak that slides with the observation window, the co-constructive channel, the epistemic grid, the register and the confinement; locked in its own time and given the context of the locks that followed. Two locks separated by time: the GROWN entry is the record as it fell, quoted verbatim and never contested, its refuted hypothesis, its killed numerology and its held predictions kept as the record keeps them; the OFFLOAD entries name the later closed locks that now carry part of its weight, direction and weight stated, never restating a count; the WALK is an offer, not a condition. Validated by the locks, never by the reader: a reader's curiosity is welcome and is not required for the knowledge to be what the locks say it is.

| 2026-09-16 | GROWN | The grown lock — the Channel as it fell THE PLAIN LINE. The being read as an information channel — the rate the input, the being the signal, the output read within an observation budget — with a capacity every term of which is measured: a band between indifference and foam; one peak, not the hypothesised three, at the reliable edge; the peak sliding with the budget so that peak rate × budget ≈ 2⁸, the optimum the fundamental octave over the window; the co-constructive channel, orthogonality a dynamic property reached by detune, never by placement; the epistemic grid, an instrument a clock and capacity in the relationships between clocks, a band in the resolution K; the register extensive and the moment width intensive; the confinement an uncertainty relation, window × K conserved. THE RECORD, VERBATIM (oxexp-channel-design.md). Status: "BUILT — engine / plugin / SoA / dashboard / page / tests (14/14; phase 1 + phase 2 + phase 2b). The being read as an information channel; the capacity C = signal − noise (every term measured)". §1: "treat the being as a channel — input = the rate (which sets the being = the signal); the confinement resolves it toward the '1'; the output is read within an observation budget (laps).
