The ingress register. By default the house does not observe an externality — an outside surface is nobody's business here until a persona makes it theirs. The ingest is that act: the persona, the context of intended effect, and the locked witnessed summary together make a cloaked item observably communicable as house business — and only for the use cases it is registered to serve.
The cloak is the default, permanently. What you read here is
an item's as-witnessed intent for use — never the item. A registered item is a
sealed secret named and referenced (its pins serve below), not known in entirety
unless its use case requires it to be so. Entries are operator-declared and dated as of
2026-09-10; registrations are chain acts, never web writes. The subject
is the item — never you: reading this page records nothing about anyone (E-only,
standing). Reading is free; the way across is a statement of intent (see

On a refusal, and what it carries. An ingress may be
refused, and a refusal is a first-class outcome of this door — a door that cannot
refuse is a conveyor, not a gate. Most refusals leave no record at all: the item
simply stays nobody's business, and the register's silence is the whole of it.
Where a refusal is stated here, it carries exactly two things — the
rejection, and the accountable and responsible standing of the rejection — and
nothing beyond them. It carries no claim from the refused work, no grade, no
adopted content, and it opens no consumption door. Yet a refusal is itself an
act, and an act has its actor: every stated refusal names the persona that
sealed the adjudication — someone adjudicated, and that persona's matter
holds the note being asserted — while the item refused remains nobody's
business. A stated refusal is never a
review, an evaluation or a refutation of the work refused: the grounds are
this house's own constraints, and the work stands undisturbed where its authors
placed it. Standing on every record here: accountable — the named persona
(on a registration, the business is theirs; on a stated refusal, the
adjudication is); responsible — the operator, whose word every act on this

On an acceptance, and what it does not become. A
registered item's business is citation, not command. The diode runs from the
interior outward: an accepted externality supports the record's attenuation
toward it — a name, a cross-reference, a boundary tool cited where it is used —
and it never defines internally grounded canon. What the house can
re-derive from its own being stays derived from its own being; a registration is
the house being honest about the commons it points at, on its own terms.
Two toolings, held apart. This register is the dyadic ingress —
the static record of what is registered, whose business it is, and what for. The second
tooling — the intent graph (thesis · praxis · synthesis, the
