lifecycle: draft · The fourth construct — Moore's law reread through the number experiments: not a speed curve but the falling price of CONFINEMENT, with memory as the factored prerequisite of local knowing; SRAM's cross-coupled pair as a fabricated two-locks-one; DRAM refresh as the temporal second lock; Landauer's bound as the unit price of a lock; the whole typed a held conjecture in the essay's own close. Drafted and landed as a record document first; the construct standing followed at the reading grant.
